The Work
My consulting practice is concentrated at the intersection of organizational culture, change management, and leadership behavior. The specific focus depends on what the organization is navigating.
Culture and change readiness — a diagnostic of the honest condition of an organization's capacity for change, and what needs to be addressed before an initiative begins. Most organizations skip this step. It is the most expensive mistake they make.
AI adoption strategy — specifically the human layer. I work with organizations to diagnose the inner readiness of their people, the behavior of their leaders, and the cultural wiring conditions that will determine whether AI implementation accelerates or quietly falls apart. This is structured methodology, not advisory opinion.
Leadership team development — behavioral, not aspirational. Grounded in what research says about performance under pressure and what I have seen in two decades of institutional practice.
Organizational effectiveness — for organizations that know something is not working but cannot clearly identify what. I do this work in conversation, not via survey. The truth about an organization almost never lives in the data.
