The Site is operated by Heidi Albritton through revelYOUtion, LLC, and provides information about my advisory, consulting, speaking, and publishing work. It may also offer resources, articles, newsletter subscriptions, and — in the future — digital products and services available for purchase.

All content on this Site is my intellectual property or is used with permission. This includes, without limitation:

Written content, articles, frameworks, and blog posts. The Awareness For Impact™ methodology and all related materials. The Human Current™ framework and all related materials. The tagline "Awareness is your edge." Photographs, graphics, and visual design elements. Course content, downloads, and any digital products.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without my express written permission. Brief quotations for commentary, journalism, or educational purposes are permitted provided they include clear attribution to Heidi Albritton and a link back to the Site.

I am a leadership consultant, executive coach, and speaker. I draw on personal experience — including my experience as a breast cancer survivor — to inform my frameworks and perspective. All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable consumer protection law. Descriptions of products and services are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible. Digital products are delivered electronically; I am not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent access, but I will make reasonable efforts to assist. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but changes will not apply to orders already placed and confirmed. Where required by law (including in the EU and UK), you may have statutory cancellation rights for certain purchases. These will be disclosed at the point of sale.

Payment processing is handled by a third-party processor (Stripe and Square). I do not store your payment card information.

My total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid me in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. If you are in such a jurisdiction, the above limitations may not fully apply to you, and you retain any rights granted under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless revelYOUtion, LLC and Heidi Albritton from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Longwood, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

If you are an EU or UK consumer: Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence or to rely on any mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence. EU consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

I may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last Updated" date will reflect when changes were made. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
